I've taken my 2016 Jetta to Mario twice now and both experiences have been great!! The first time, he spoke to the insurance company with me as it was my first ever wreck and I was a little panicked and not entirely sure what to do, and so there was no question the second time around on who I would take my car to. Cannot recommend enough!!

I took my car to Mario’s because I was in a car accident, this is my second time taking my car to Mario’s and I have been very happy with both times. He really cares about his customers! My car took a while but that’s because a lot of parts were back ordered. I understand how all that can happen. I have my car back now and I’m very happy with it, there was a lot of work to do on it and he accomplished it. When I picked it up he even washed it for me and put some shine on my wheels. My experience was great! I recommend him for all your car needs!

OKAY!! Let’s start off by saying that car accident stuff goes right over my head. I never know what to do. I call my father, always! I know that is a luxury though. SO that brings us to Mario’s! Marios is like your dad who does everything for you. They literally do everything for you. I have brought them my car twice after I’ve been in an accident (I was not at fault both times) and they literally took my car and were like “okay enterprise is on the way. You can wait outside”. Like that was it! They literally took my car and had my rental on the way. It was amazing. I did little to no talking!!! Outside of giving them the other persons insurance and mine - my claim number. They handled everything else!!! Amazing. The work on the car was perfect too. I highly recommend this place if you have post car accident anxiety. They will help!

Great service extremely knowledgeable in the field of fixing your vehicle to its original condition. Great team of workers that get the job done right and in a timely manner. Amazing paint jobs. Wouldn't take my Range Rover anyplace else if I needed some body work done.

bad experiencia with this guy. i had a accident and my insurance asked me to hire a place that could resolve both issues -repaint the damage and repair the engine issues..so i told him and he spoke could take care of both..when get my carr back the engine issues wasn't resolve and would pay me 500 hundred e he said the guy of another mechanical place didn't find the problem... and he lied about the amount that the insurance company sent the check...because i call to the insurance company and they sent to me all paper works about..and the insurance paid more than 2.000,00 for him. i hired another guy and he found the problem and fix it. bad experience. the problem here is not because he dont found the problem..is because he lied. bad experience
