I joined Mariano Fitness Club five months ago, and the results have been incredible — I’ve lost 14 kilos in this short time! The facilities are always clean, well-equipped, and welcoming, creating the perfect environment to stay motivated. One of the standout features is the personal trainers; there’s always someone immediately available to help, guide, or answer questions, which makes workouts both safe and effective. The staff’s friendly, professional approach keeps me coming back with enthusiasm. I feel healthier, stronger, and more confident than ever. Mariano Fitness Club has truly transformed my lifestyle, and I couldn’t be happier with my progress!

This is my 4th month with Mariano club at Imqabba and I must say it has been the best decision I could ever make. Besides having a specifically designed training program and meal plan, the training coaches help and assist me along the way. Since starting , I feel physically better, sleep more at night and I do not feel tired during the day. …. What more could I ask for! ….. oh and an added bonus…. Plenty of parking space close by!
