Help me congratulate Danny and Stacy for becoming new homeowners! I met Danny and Stacy when I was selling the quadruplex where they were one of the tenants. They were scared and devastated when they found out my seller was selling the property. It was a difficult situation for me and all the tenants. Luckily, my seller worked with the tenants assuring them that the new buyer will absorb their leases. I told them that day that I will do everything I can to help them get out of renting and start owning. I gave them a year to prepare for Homebuying giving them guidance step by step on what they need to do to achieve their dream of owning a home someday. They were teary eyed during our walkthrough coz they couldn’t believe all the hardwork and patience paid off. Now things are falling into place for these buyers. I’m so proud of their accomplishments. They’re ready to create a better life, great memories in their home and most especially they’re excited about creating generational wealth for them. I’m so blessed to have met them. It was a humbling experience for me to see them fulfill their dreams. To those buyers who are aspiring to find their home, don’t give up on your dreams coz you will find your home. You just need proper guidance and strategy.
