Margaret's Dog House

We left our little girl Lola at Margaret's Dog House for three nights and four days, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Lola settled in right away and was clearly at home under Margaret’s care. Margaret is passionate about dogs, and it shows in the way she treats them—kind, attentive, and professional. Her place is spacious, with plenty of room for the dogs to play and relax. We received some update photos, which was terrific too. We recently went on an eleven night holiday and had to find someone who we felt would be the right person to look after our 7 month old Golden retriever who we are really attached to as he is attached to us, after looking into Margaret’s dog house and visiting her , we still were not sure as it’s still a difficult thing to do , is to leave a pet you care so much about with someone you really don’t know. Murphy our retriever had an amazing time with Margaret and her other dogs she cares for and to see the care , passion and love she has for dogs is quite rare . She did an amazing job and we will be bringing Murphy back for a visit from time to time as Murphy bonded with Margaret with ease and we highly recommend Margaret to care for your family member. She was amazing. Thank you so much Margaret for taking such good care of Murphy, you put our minds at ease.

Margret has been looking after Milly for 3 days a week for the last few months. Plus some sleep overs. Milly LOVES Margaret! She is always excited to see her and happy to stay. Milly has grown from a shy pup to a socialised and friendly 1 year old. She used to be nervous meeting other dogs, she is now more confident and socially aware. I have been using Margaret to care for my senior Labrador for more than 3 years. Margaret is flexible for pick up and drop off & quick and responsive to my booking enquires. Remi loves visiting Margaret because of the safe & comfortable home environment, endless pats & cuddles & meeting new dog friends. Margaret keeps me updated with photos & text updates whilst I am away. I trust Margaret to manage any additional needs Remi might have due to his age eg ear drops , making sure he has a rest & not run around too much keeping up with younger dogs . Margaret’s pet sitting is excellent value for $ and I love going away knowing Remi is safe & well cared for .
