This place… Every single time we think this place cannot get worse. It does. Not only were we forgotten about during an appointment that resulted in over 8 hours start to end. The doctors treat everyone like cattle. And when they send the pre surgery patient paperwork, they don’t even have the right name on the paperwork. Pretty sure this isn’t even our paperwork. This place isn’t just one mess up. They are constantly showing incompetence. When management is informed of issues, they do nothing. If a formal complaint would do anything. I would file it.

I am so happy with the professional team of doctors, nurses and other staff members that make up the healthcare team that takes care of my medical needs as I go through my new lifestyle change journey. I am so grateful to God for placing Dr. Sonia Benn and Dr. Richard Gilmore for being so attentive and caring about the best healthcare needs because, I am very new with this journey and I feel so confident with their suggestions that helps me to persevere with the fight.

The Margaret West Comprehensive Breast Center has kind and professional employees. The check in process was very easy. I appreciated the check in employees being so nice to me. I was going to another medical facility for years for my mammograms. The staff was rude and indifferent to me. It was refreshing to be treated with respect and compassion at the West Cancer Clinic today. Laura was very caring and gentle during my mammogram screening. I am so glad that I decided to change to West Cancer Clinic for 2024. I have been getting mammograms since 2008. Today, was the best experience that I have ever had during a mammogram screening.

I came with the confidence that every precaution for my health and safety was being met. I was greeted with warmth and a feeling of being the most important person in the world for that moment in time. I was given precise information I needed to know what would happen next and given the opportunity to update any medical information that may have changed since my previous visit. During the entire process of ultrasound and mammogram, I had a feeling of peace and confidence that every need was being met. The conferences with the doctor and technicians was informative and I was left with the feeling that everything was going to be okay. Thanks to every person involved in my visit at West Cancer Center for making the entire experience a positive moment.

Everyone that I have had an encounter with have only showed love, ❤ a caring ❤ heart and holistic spirit about them. All of my doctor show that they love what they do every time I have ever came in their presence. That is what makes dealing with a chronic illness much more easy to deal with especially when don't know how long it will be with you. I am truly grateful for them. You can tell they were hand picked by God. God Bless!

I had my first-ever mammogram today. I've dreaded it for years (because of what a painful experience I thought it would be) and was nervous about it. I'm so glad that I had it done at the Margaret West Center. It was a great experience. Frannie, the lady who actually did my mammogram, was fantastic. She quickly eased my mind and made me comfortable. Because of her and such a positive overall experience today, I'll never be nervous about getting mammograms again. Every person I dealt with from the front door to the front desk to ladies in back doing the mammograms and ultrasounds was kind, helpful, and very professional. I was very impressed.

I arrived a few minutes early. Check in was quick and I was called back withing minutes. Changed into a robe and again was called right on back for my screening. I was given the option to wait approximately 20 min after the test to receive the results the same day and, if needed, have any other testing recommended. I opted for my results to be mailed instead because I was on a tight schedule that day. My test was done quickly and i was done within approximately 30 to 45 min after arriving. Everyone was very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

The receptionist at the front desk are wonderful they are friendly and acknowledge you when you walk up. When I was in the waiting room in the back after you change to do the mamagram ,I let one of the young lady know that there were not any more bags in the drawer for the patients to put your clothes in. I had my clothes in my hand which was no problem. She brought me a bag but she didn't refill the drawer for the next patients.. She just kept going to the coffee machine. That was very poor customer service . Please tell your staff to make sure the dressing rooms are stocked with bags for clothing. Thank you

Dr. Berry is the Doctor I'm working with. So far he has done an awesome job with educating me about my circumstances. Very prompt (so important to me) and attentive! West Cancer Staff was amazing during my visit.

All I can say is the whole time I was there even from the time I got out of my vehicle for the valet service and the time I walked through those automatic glass doors I felt SPECIAL! This place is truly amazing it so well organized and full of CARING LOVING people from the volunteers standing around in the red smocks to the staff and doctors. I can’t say enough to justify how AWESOME the Margaret West Cancer is to me.
