This place… Every single time we think this place cannot get worse. It does. Not only were we forgotten about during an appointment that resulted in over 8 hours start to end. The doctors treat everyone like cattle. And when they send the pre surgery patient paperwork, they don’t even have the right name on the paperwork. Pretty sure this isn’t even our paperwork. This place isn’t just one mess up. They are constantly showing incompetence.
When management is informed of issues, they do nothing. If a formal complaint would do anything. I would file it.

I am so happy with the professional team of doctors, nurses and other staff members that make up the healthcare team that takes care of my medical needs as I go through my new lifestyle change journey. I am so grateful to God for placing Dr. Sonia Benn and Dr. Richard Gilmore for being so attentive and caring about the best healthcare needs because, I am very new with this journey and I feel so confident with their suggestions that helps me to persevere with the fight.
