I hired Mr. Myers to complete a simple succession. After nearly a year, Mr. Myers still had not accomplished the task for which he was hired and upon his firing, violated rules 1.16(a) and (d) of Professional Responsibility by attempting to still represent me and failing to surrender my file. When I tried to contact him regarding these matters he ignored me and refused to provide an accounting of services and a refund.
