Mark and I launched The Signature Group this year. Brand new. Nobody knew what to expect. No momentum to borrow from. No legacy to lean on. Just a vision in our hearts and a team of people who were willing to bet on excellence and give everything they had to build something special.
And today we found out that The Signature Group has already ranked in the Top 10 teams for 2025 in the Ballantyne office.
In our first year together.
That only happens because of the people who show up every single day with heart, skill, consistency, and faithfulness.
