Last high-level training of the year, and Tyler Johnson of Stillwater Financial absolutely rolled out the red carpet for our team. Not just in terms of information.. but in terms of impact.
Financial literacy. Generational legacy. The stuff that actually changes families, not just clients.
The stuff most people never get taught.. and pay for later.
What I love most is watching our people lean in.
Pens out, hearts open, minds firing. This isn’t a team that shows up for a quick checklist. This is a team that wants to grow, build, and steward what’s been entrusted to them.
Tyler didn’t just give a presentation today.
He handed us a blueprint for how to help our families and our clients win in ways that outlast the transaction. That’s the kind of leadership that elevates everyone around it.
And honestly.. sessions like this remind me why we do what we do.
