One of the strangest things about leadership is realizing when an idea stops being yours.
Today was one of those moments.
We had our monthly mastermind with the team. Nothing overly formal. Just a group of agents standing around a kitchen talking about deals, challenges, wins, losses… and how we get better.
But something interesting happened.
Throughout the day a few people pulled me aside.
Different people. Different conversations.
And they kept bringing up the same ideas.
Structure.
Action.
Results.
Not just “how do we sell more houses”… but how do we build a room where people challenge each other, sharpen each other, and push each other to become the best version of themselves.
The interesting part is this…
These are the same things Mark and I have been quietly thinking about, testing out, and implementing for the last 18 months.
When you start hearing those ideas come back to you… from multiple people… in their own words…
You realize something.
The culture is no longer an idea.
It’s starting to live in the room.
And honestly, it’s been a blessing building that vision side by side.
Because culture isn’t something you declare.
It’s something you discover… when the people around you start thinking the same way.
We are incredibly grateful for this group.
Not everyone wants to be in a room like this… but the right people usually recognize it immediately.
