Marci is an amazing realtor. Her knowledge of the area and rolodex of local contacts were so helpful for us. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect cabin and assist us throughout the purchasing process. She was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. From the moment i met Marcie, I felt comfortable. Never pushy, but always attentive and perfectly suggestive in her ideas. Living down in the valley, it really put me at ease having someone who would go above and beyond to fill any gaps. Marci would arrange inspections, roofing bids, insurance contacts in our absence and made things incredibly smooth. I don’t like Realtors in general, but I really like Marci. For me, Marci has balance. She is someone who will aggressively get to the bottom of a problem and she feels like the perfect teammate. I never felt silly, asking what may have been an obvious question. If you are buying a home up on the mountain, and want someone who is easy to talk to, will aggressively fight for you, has tons of experience, is never overbearing yet is always available then you need to hire Marci. I am a few weeks late in writing this review and meant to do it right away. If you are looking to buy or sell in Big Bear Marci is the realtor for you. I have owned a home up here for 20 years and bought and sold several in my life here and I have to say working with Marci has been fantastic. Not only is she great with a great reputation in our small town but she is so wonderful to work with. It's a tough market and many homes on sale and she had my rental have so many viewings and it wasn't on the market long after I signed with her. She is an icon up here and always so knowledgeable with the best advice. Thank you Marci you made the stress of selling a home almost non-existent.
