Called for a ceiling water leak issue, scheduled the appointment and then on the day of, he said his van broke down so he had to reschedule, but a week and half later and he still never called back to reschedule. Ended up calling someone else.

Dan from Maple Plumbing, well actually, Dan is Maple Plumbing was a God send. I sort of stumbled on to him when recently needing a new water heater. Dan asked me what I needed, I told him I needed a water heater swap out. He asked me a few questions, then offered me a quote. Simple as that. No sales pitch, no need to come out to "assess" the situation, no nonsense...which I appreciated. Full disclosure, having been a licensed home inspector with a background in the trades did make it easier for me as far as knowing what was needed. That said, Dan stuck to what was needed with no gimmicks. Furthermore, he was a substantially better value by far to all other outfits. Simply put, Dan's my go to plumbing resource going forward. I would suggest that if you need plumbing assistance, give Dan a call. You won't be sorry!

Had Dan of Maple Plumbing come out and hook up a gas line to my Generator. He did an amazing, clean job. He went over every step with me (as I was inquisitive on the process) and even followed up after a few days to make sure I was pleased. Its rare you find someone that does great work / has that much craftsmanship, completes the job with in the proposed time and still has a low/fair price. Would definitely use again in a heartbeat.

My hot water heater tank started leaking on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. I used Angi’s List to find someone to replace it. Within 30 minutes, Dan from Maple Plumbing called me. He asked if I still had hot water, which we did, so he told me he’d be at my house at 9am with a new 50 gallon Bradford-White unit. His quote was VERY fair and we went with Dan to make the repair. I researched Bradford-White vs. Rheem and was glad we took his recommendation. Dan arrived at 8:45am and went right to work. He drained the old water heater and removed it. Then, he installed the new one. He cleaned up everything and was gone by 10:15am. Quality work done professionally at a fair price. I will definitely use Maple Plumbing again.

Dan was amazing. On time and very fast. He replaced a water heater for us, and helped us with a few other plumbing items that weren’t up to code. He was very clean and made a point to put tarps down so that nothing damaged the floors. Will definitely use him again.

Dan replaced a 40 gal. gas, power vented water heater for me. Discussed over the phone that I needed a short tank due to height restriction in a tight space. Arrived as scheduled, was done in less than an hour and a half, got rid of my old tank. Dan quoted a very fair price based on the other 5 bids I received. Will use Maple Plumbing for any additional plumbing needs.
