They quoted me $4,400 to renew my home policy. I got a policy with better coverage thru State Farm , paying $1400.00. They tried to rip me off! They should be ashamed! Julie

This company cares so little for our community and kids that the employees park on the only sidewalk to reach the crosswalk. Kids have to swerve into the street to get to the crosswalk. Interactions with them have been poor.

They were fine until I wanted to cancel. I should not have to be pressed three different times to change my mind. They still tried to have someone call me when I was very clear that I no longer needed/wanted their services. Well now I've STILL been charged. Call them and someone tells me that I need to go online to cancel for UHC chesapeake insurance because insurance agents can't do that. Well WHY did someone not tell me that when I called to cancel ALL services. Annoying to say the least and blood sucking money leaches to say the most.

Don’t bother calling. They never answer their calls. I had high hopes, but that quickly dropped when I called multiple times, but no one ever answered. It makes me worry if they call their current clients back? If so why don’t you answer the phones of potential leads? Super disappointed
