José is great every step of the way! My call was answered the first time by José, without ever having to leave a message! He gathered the details, and asked when I needed it picked up. After accepting his fair quote, we met in Webster at the time I requested (just hours after our phonecall, and with a follow-up call from José when he was in route). José was careful with an eye for safety- making sure the items in my truck bed were properly secure before setting out to Sterling.
