Georgia Fielding-Cotterell
We stayed here for half term week as part of the Sun Holiday deal—myself, my wife, and our two-year-old son—and had a lovely experience. We arrived early on the Friday and were told we could go straight to the pool to entertain our little one while we waited for the caravan keys. A short while later, a kind lady from reception came to find us and let us know the keys were ready, which was a thoughtful touch.
The site has a great range of facilities, including a clubhouse with a reasonably priced bar, entertainment area, restaurant, and games arcade. There's also a gym, shop, launderette, two outdoor play areas, and a tennis court—plenty to keep everyone busy. Evening entertainment in the clubhouse included bingo and quizzes, which added to the fun.
The only downside is the lack of mobile data across the park. There’s no WiFi in the caravans—only in the clubhouse—and just enough mobile signal for calls and texts. That said, the caravans themselves were very clean and comfortable, with decking and a gated area, which was perfect for our toddler to play safely.
Overall, we had a great time and would happily return.
