We’ve used this company before and weren’t disappointed, this time instead of Michael, we worked with David. He was awesome, knowledgeable, and very professional. He had to replace a part because the part melted below on a gasket, never seen anything like it. Needless to say, he got it up and going again and I was so grateful, now I can catch up on my laundry. I WOULD RECOMMEND

4th time using Manny’s Appliance Repair and will continue to call them when needed. They have repaired our washer, dryer, dishwasher and now deep freezer. Honest, and quality work. Great people and they don’t price gouge. So glad we found them!

I had Manny’s come out to Repair a slide in oven with top burners. It was a fridgeaire and it was an older unit. Initially, I paid $125 for service call. I was told that they would get the parts and finish the repairs. I asked for them to please call me with estimate on the parts and when they would be available to be installed. I own a few rental properties and I expected the technician to call me back. After waiting for three weeks and talking to my tenant, the technician was never there nor had he called. I further called back and the technician was sent back to the house to get the serial number and the model number to order parts. Today he finally came and installed the parts. I had no idea the cost if I had heard that the parts and the repair were going to be close to $400. I would’ve purchased the brand new unit from Spencer‘s for 575 that I was quoted there in Mesa. I just paid the bill to shut the technician up. I hope that the owner will call or respond after this. It is amazing to have a technician. Tell me that you can text me the receipt. I do business legitimately and pay my taxes for said property. I asked for a receipt so I could pay the bill and they failed to do so and said they would not give me a receipt until I paid the money. Personally, I would not deal with with Manny‘s appliance repairs ever again, the fact that the technician was lying to me on the phone and Carmen on the phone in the office never produced anything for taxes or proof of work done. My tenant is still looking to use the appliance to see if the repairs were done. I was told on the receipt I would have a one-year warranty. I am waiting to see the receipt in my email. I hope others from this post will understand I would not deal with them nor would I deal with the office help. It is appropriate to have all work done sent in an email not a text. You need a receipt you need proof in order To have the tax man made happy. I’m sure that this individual will have a talking to as well as a person on the front desk neither we’re very professional in my humble opinion. Also, the fact that I own apartments in Texas properties in Arizona and I sold my property recently in Washington, I know how the game works and these people overcharged for the work. One should never have to call back to find out when the parts will be coming nor when will the repairs be done after the initial assessment of the product. That being said, I would not recommend Manny‘s for anything. The workers get the stuff done and it’s not done professionally. I’ve had one of their technicians do a good job and another technician screaming at me.

Fantastic service. Turnaround from a booking and setting up an appointment was less than two days. Answered all of my questions and gave me great suggestions with the maintenance of your fridge. Manny will have continued success and his business will continue to grow now and in the future. Will be my go to guy in the future for all appliances. Thanks for the tremendous service.

Ramon repaired our more than 25 year old refrigerator perfectly. He knows what he's doing, and he's extremely professional. This is a company I can depend on.

Manny and Angel came out right away and fixed a power issue with my Bosch microwave very quickly. Everything is perfect now; really very glad we called Manny and the crew. Will not hesitate to call the next time we need help!

My ice maker stopped working. I called several appliance repairs. Bella, who does the scheduling. was very personable and knowledgeable. She scheduled an appoinment for the next day and was able to verify a replacement ice maker was in stock. Bella was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Manny arrived this morning and replaced my ice maker. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He took extra time to clean the bottom of the freezer and replace rusted and missing screws. I highly recommend Manny's Appliance Repair and will definitely be calling them again when the need arises. Very affordable as well.

Highly recommend this company!! I met the owner at the parts store and asked him how to do a repair. He was super helpful in teaching me how to do the repair but we opted to just have his guys out. They came quickly and did the repair. Went above and beyond to get me back in business! Great company.

Manny has done lots of work for me. He is the best and most knowledgeable in the area. I dont work with his company. But if i ever need sealed systems replaced, i call him . Thanks manny for your help.

It was such a pleasure speaking to Bella for the 1st time on the phone. She was courteous, friendly & listened to what my clothes dryer problem was (No heat while drying clothes). I was able to next day appointment. Manny & Angel notified me they were on their way & arrived on time as scheduled. They diagnosed the problem right way, explained what was wrong & how much to repair. They were Great! Very experienced & great at what they do.
