We’ve used this company before and weren’t disappointed, this time instead of Michael, we worked with David. He was awesome, knowledgeable, and very professional. He had to replace a part because the part melted below on a gasket, never seen anything like it. Needless to say, he got it up and going again and I was so grateful, now I can catch up on my laundry. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Fantastic service. Turnaround from a booking and setting up an appointment was less than two days. Answered all of my questions and gave me great suggestions with the maintenance of your fridge. Manny and Angel came out right away and fixed a power issue with my Bosch microwave very quickly. Everything is perfect now; really very glad we called Manny and the crew. Will not hesitate to call the next time we need help!

Manny has fixed my washer and oven both in a timely manner. He’s friendly and communicative with fair prices. Hopefully I don’t need to hire him anytime soon, but I will when the time comes!

It was such a pleasure speaking to Bella for the 1st time on the phone. She was courteous, friendly & listened to what my clothes dryer problem was (No heat while drying clothes). I was able to next day appointment. Manny & Angel notified me they were on their way & arrived on time as scheduled. They diagnosed the problem right way, explained what was wrong & how much to repair. They were Great! Very experienced & great at what they do. Very knowledgeable and professional! Honest and upfront about the price of my repair. Notified me it was covered under warranty and how to start that process. He could've convinced me for a repair sale but didn't. I will definitely keep his contact info for future appliance repairs.

Manny is fast, courteous and knowledgeable. Samsung refrigerators can be tricky, but Manny handled it with ease. Highly recommended!!!

My experience in the appliance repair industry has been marginal at best. Manny is "way above" this standard. On a Saturday afternoon, he was at my residence within two hours of my call. I have a high-end refrigerator, and he knew exactly the problem. Required two parts; he had one, and the repair parts store stayed open for him to pick up the other part. Manny cares about his customers, is very knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile to get you back in business!

Having issues with my 22 yr. Old Maytag Neptune washer, drain pump stopped working. Thinking have to buy a new washer, since it's old, and thinking just couldn't find PARTS anymore. Found the pump at APPLIANCE PARTS. Saw Manny's Business Card, called him . Since I live in Surprise and He's on the East side, asked about the new pump, but my lack of part's names, took a pictures of the new pump and old. Manny in return saw certain parts I had to change. A few minutes later, called me to make sure to DO certain things right. WOW 😳, .. I PERSONALLY IM VERY GRATEFUL, SO NICE TO KNOW THAT SOME PEOPLE YOU CAN REALLY TRUST. GAVE ME A DECENT OPTION WITH OUT BREAKING THE BANK ON A NEW WASHER. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM IN THE FUTURE. WHY ? Cause the other fellow (CARLOS) another company never showed up or called back. 😡
