Manny has fixed my washer and oven both in a timely manner. He’s friendly and communicative with fair prices. Hopefully I don’t need to hire him anytime soon, but I will when the time comes!

Arthur from Manny Appliance Repair came out and fixed my LG refrigerator! He was courteous, polite, on time and did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend this company to fix your appliances! The service call was only $110 and well worth it! I will be using them again in the future! Thank you for the great service!

It was such a pleasure speaking to Bella for the 1st time on the phone. She was courteous, friendly & listened to what my clothes dryer problem was (No heat while drying clothes). I was able to next day appointment. Manny & Angel notified me they were on their way & arrived on time as scheduled. They diagnosed the problem right way, explained what was wrong & how much to repair. They were Great! Very experienced & great at what they do. They cleaned all area, replaced the part(s) & now I have a working heated dryer. God Bless & Thank you for well job done! 5 Stars & definitely recommended 👍 Ashor Surprise, AZ

Very knowledgeable and professional! Honest and upfront about the price of my repair. Notified me it was covered under warranty and how to start that process. He could've convinced me for a repair sale but didn't. I will definitely keep his contact info for future appliance repairs.

Manny is fast, courteous and knowledgeable. Samsung refrigerators can be tricky, but Manny handled it with ease. Highly recommended!!!

My ice maker stopped working. I called several appliance repairs. Bella, who does the scheduling. was very personable and knowledgeable. She scheduled an appoinment for the next day and was able to verify a replacement ice maker was in stock. Bella was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Manny arrived this morning and replaced my ice maker. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He took extra time to clean the bottom of the freezer and replace rusted and missing screws. I highly recommend Manny's Appliance Repair and will definitely be calling them again when the need arises. Very affordable as well.

My experience in the appliance repair industry has been marginal at best. Manny is "way above" this standard. On a Saturday afternoon, he was at my residence within two hours of my call. I have a high-end refrigerator, and he knew exactly the problem. Required two parts; he had one, and the repair parts store stayed open for him to pick up the other part. Manny cares about his customers, is very knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile to get you back in business!

I had a freezer not working was recommended from someone from Spencer's appliances. I contacted Manny's appliances and made an appointment. The owner Manny was the person who came to the house and checked the freezer out and told me the compressor went out. He stated he would have someone come out the next day to fix it. I had a real good feeling about Manny coming out himself to check it out so, I had a second freezer where the ice maker wasn't working. I was told by some other company it was unfixable. So, I had many take a look at it He said the ice maker no longer working and said he could fix it. He replaced the ice maker with a new one and had to replace the switches that shorted out to a water leak. It took him 2 trips and never charged me for trip charges to fix it. Both freezer's are now working perfectly now. For never using Manny's before this, I would highly recommend calling him for a estimate. I will be using him on appliances repairs if something stops working again. THANKS AGAIN MANNY!!!

We had Manny come over to fix our refrigerator.. It wasn't staying cold. Now it's like new again. He also took the time for some cleaning ans preventive maintenance. It was a pleasure having him to our house. Thanks Manny.

I would like to be able to write a review on the service experience I had with Manny's Appliance Repair LLC but that would require ACTUALLY getting a call back from a service rep within a reasonable time frame. I've spent three days calling Manny's Appliance Repair (central Massachusetts, Leominster and Sutton to be exact) to inquire about a repair and possible service call. It doesn't matter when I called - within minutes of their opening business hours, middle of the day, end of the day - no human EVER answers the phone!!! Isn't there an administrative staff to answer calls and respond PROMPTLY and demonstrate a professional, caring (as in we care about your business, not necessarily care/compassion ... God forbid) organization!? Is everybody in the repair department a field technician and somebody only answers the phone if it happens to ring as they rush past the desk on their way to the next repair!? After a few prompts you get to leave a message and you get a call back 4-5 hours later. Okay Manny's you're busy I get that, I was busy too when the first call back came and I wasn't able to answer, so I called back and guess what, yup no human, left another message and no call back the remainder of the day (approx. 4 hours). So, another call the next morning and the same recorded nonsense, this time I leave a polite message (as I'm doing here now) expressing my displeasure at the interminable length of time it takes to get a call back. So, what do I get for all my troubles, NO CALLBACK WHATSOEVER. Okay Manny's you got me, you win, I'm left twisting in the wind and you don't care because me never using your repair service or ever buying another appliance from you will not damage your bottom line or keep you up at night fretting. All I can do is record my experience in this review and post it and hope that others Googling your company read this and the many other negative reviews and consider doing their business with a more caring - yes, this time meaning compassionate - AND PROFESSIONAL company.
