I would like to be able to write a review on the service experience I had with Manny's Appliance Repair LLC but that would require ACTUALLY getting a call back from a service rep within a reasonable time frame. I've spent three days calling Manny's Appliance Repair (central Massachusetts, Leominster and Sutton to be exact) to inquire about a repair and possible service call. It doesn't matter when I called - within minutes of their opening business hours, middle of the day, end of the day - no human EVER answers the phone!!! Isn't there an administrative staff to answer calls and respond PROMPTLY and demonstrate a professional, caring (as in we care about your business, not necessarily care/compassion ... God forbid) organization!? Is everybody in the repair department a field technician and somebody only answers the phone if it happens to ring as they rush past the desk on their way to the next repair!? After a few prompts you get to leave a message and you get a call back 4-5 hours later. Okay Manny's you're busy I get that, I was busy too when the first call back came and I wasn't able to answer, so I called back and guess what, yup no human, left another message and no call back the remainder of the day (approx. 4 hours). So, another call the next morning and the same recorded nonsense, this time I leave a polite message (as I'm doing here now) expressing my displeasure at the interminable length of time it takes to get a call back. So, what do I get for all my troubles, NO CALLBACK WHATSOEVER. Okay Manny's you got me, you win, I'm left twisting in the wind and you don't care because me never using your repair service or ever buying another appliance from you will not damage your bottom line or keep you up at night fretting. All I can do is record my experience in this review and post it and hope that others Googling your company read this and the many other negative reviews and consider doing their business with a more caring - yes, this time meaning compassionate - AND PROFESSIONAL company.
