I stumbled upon Manhattan Barber Shop N.Y.C, Chelsea and had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Ricky. He gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in years—super attentive to detail and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the shop itself was spotless and well-maintained. I highly recommend this barbershop for anyone looking for top-notch service and a great experience.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Alaa Eddine for over 5 years, and he’s consistently great. His attention to detail is impressive, and he’s always professional and easy to talk to. He’s someone who really listens to what you want and takes the time to get it right. On top of being an excellent barber, he’s just a good guy to know. Made an appointment for 3:30 on Sunday august 4th. Walked in and they said their systems were down and they didn’t know who I was there to see. I showed them the email confirmation I had and they just completely then ignored me and just said sorry. I get it system issues are out of your control but some communication would be nice since y’all have mouths attached to your faces.

The very worst and most violent haircut I’ve ever received. At one point, I thought the barber was actually going to cut my neck. I’ve put a photo below to show you what the back of my head looks like. I have a giant rash at the back now. Once the barber was done, he did not even show me the back of my head. Avoid this place if you don’t want your head assaulted. Genuinely feel like finding a complaint agency. This is never happened to me in any other barber.
