I had old breast implants removed with a lift 3 years ago with Dr Murphy and the team and I was so glad I was able to have their care and expertise again this time around with the placement of a small breast implant. From the initial consultation to now a week post surgery, Mr Murphy and his team have been so wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable and you know you're in safe hands. I had a few consultations with him and i felt comfortable we were on the same page of what i wanted. Everything was really straightforward on the day of the surgery and everything went smoothly, thanks to the great team! Everyone was so great to deal with, and you could tell they genuinely cared. I got a breast augmentation at this hospital and it was an amazing experience! From the start, they were easy to contact and got back to me very quickly when booking my consultation. They were always helpful and answered any questions I had, I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. My surgeon Dr Ben Baker was fantastic. He’s kind and helped me understand my options very well, as well as being positive and making me feel comfortable. Michelle and Pam were great in keeping in contact and helping with everything and Jack was brilliant with my after surgery care and advice too. All the staff that I encountered were so lovely and it really made the experience great. Overall, I completely recommend for anybody wanting cosmetic surgery as they take care of you so well and genuinely want the best. Thank you!!

Mr James Murphy is an excellent plastic surgeon. He is very honest, thorough and a great listener. He is highly skilful which shows as my scars are barely visible which was one of my main concerns. I had breast reduction surgery completed by Mr James Murphy in Feb 2020 and it’s the best decision I ever made! Mr Murphy was professional throughout, explained the procedure fully and the recovery process was just as he said and not too painful at all. The aftercare provided by him and Jac, his nurse was 100%. I have so much confidence with Mr Murphy that I returned recently for another cosmetic procedure and other family members have also been treated by him.

Explantation and mastopexy with Mr Baker. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. currently 13 days post of Breast augmentation. From having my first phone call consultation with Kerry who was fantastic. To my post operative care, The Pines have been excellent. I had my surgery with Dr Mark Gorman and he made me feel very safe before my surgery. The nurses Bev and Kaz who helped after my surgery were so down to earth and explained everything in great detail. I am healing great with the support of the aftercare team at The Pines. Definitely recommend!

4 weeks ago I had breast implants with uplift with Mr James Murphy. After having 5 children and loosing weight I was very conscious of how my breasts looked, I had a consultation with Mr James Murphy and immediately felt very reassured that the results he would be able to achieve were what I wanted. I was a little nervous about the surgery as I hadn’t had a general anaesthetic before, from the moment I arrived at mps to have my procedure I felt very relaxed and really excited. The whole team made me feel very looked after, the pre and post surgery care was excellent. After surgery I used ice packs for 7 days and painkillers for the first day. I experiences no pain at all. The scars are healing very well and the size and shape of my breasts are exactly what I wanted. I am recommending Mr James Murphy to everyone! I’m now wondering what else I can have done..
