I had a wonderful dining experience overall. The Tiramisu was exceptional — the mascarpone was luxuriously smooth and airy, layered with perfectly soaked ladyfingers that carried the ideal balance of espresso bitterness and cocoa sweetness. It had that classic melt-in-the-mouth texture and a light, creamy finish. The Ravioli was delicate and flavorful, with thin, tender pasta and a rich, well-balanced filling. The accompanying sauce complemented it beautifully without overwhelming the dish. The Lasagna was equally impressive — its layers were soft yet structured, with a perfect blend of cheese, meat, and tomato that delivered both comfort and depth of flavor. The Avocado Salad and Mamma Maria Special Salad were fresh and vibrant, though quite similar in taste. A touch of variety in dressing or additional ingredients could make each stand out more distinctly. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the meal. However, a bit more attention to detail in ensuring sufficient cutlery and table essentials would make the overall dining experience even smoother. Overall, it was a delightful visit marked by excellent food, genuine hospitality, and just a few small areas for refinement.

The overall experience at the restaurant was very good. The food was good, the service inside the restaurant was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, making it a pleasant place to dine. That said, I was surprised that there was no complimentary valet service, considering this is a restaurant within a 5 star hotel. Additionally, the valet staff could improve their politeness and professionalism to better reflect the standards of the hotel and restaurant. With small improvements in the valet service, this could easily be an excellent all-round experience.

The atmosphere was calm and the food we ordered was amazing. I couldn’t get enough of it. The carpaccio di manzo and the tagliata di manzo were the highlights and a must try. The staff were very accommodating as well.

The place looks charming online, but in reality, it was a huge disappointment. The food was very average compared to the extremely overpriced menu, and it looked nothing like the photos. The overall vibe of the hotel felt shady and unprofessional. About the food: • Truffle Pizza: 4/10 • Lasagna: 5/10 • Burrata Truffle: 5/10 • Passion Fruit Mojito: 6/10 Bathroom note: There is no dedicated restroom for the restaurant it’s shared between the spa, hotel, and restaurant, which feels uncomfortable and unprofessional for a supposedly fine dining place. Parking note: There’s no free parking for restaurant guests. The only option is the hotel’s valet service, which costs AED 30, quite unreasonable for such an average experience. From my point of view, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all

Had a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant with a stunning view of Burj Khalifa. The ambiance is beautiful—surrounded by greenery with a live open kitchen that adds a unique charm. The food was excellent! From flavorful pasta and pizza to perfectly cooked steak and salmon, every dish was delicious. Their desserts were also a highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend visiting for a memorable meal and an unbeatable view.

We had an amazing dinner at Mamma Maria! The lasagna was rich, flavorful, and perfectly baked — truly authentic. The pizza was delicious with a crispy thin crust and fresh toppings. The ambiance is cozy and romantic, with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. The service was warm and attentive from start to finish. Definitely one of the best Italian dining experiences we’ve had in Dubai. Highly recommend!
