Excellent customer service. A good example of what customer service is.

Really poor service. Emailed about parts I needed and was told I'd hear from another staff member. Months went by and I followed up with an email and was told my request would be looked into. Again weeks went by and I made sure to copy in the manager who said my parts would be ready for pick up. The day I arrived for pick up at opening time I had to wait from 8.30 am until 8.45am when the flag went out and the store was opened. I entered the store to a sleepy looking staff member who was making coffee, and when I advised what I was there to collect it wasn't even waiting all in one place with my name on it.

Avoid them. They are masters in delays. They delayed my house for months. Their after sales service will never be answered or attended, They say we are middle men and avoid any warranty issues.
