I am extremely satisfied with my new heating and AC unit from Mallard Air. For 37 years, I’ve lived in a house without a central unit, so this has truly been life-changing. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was done right. I was especially impressed that the owners personally called and came by to make sure everything was satisfactory. That level of customer cares truly sets Mallard Air Heating & Cooling apart. Mallard Air replaced my HVAC and ductwork system. I was impressed by their professionalism and skills. Excellent communication, showed up on time, got the install done in record time and always cleaned up behind themselves. When I had a small issue with the new thermostat, Ethan and his team were out there quickly to resolve it. I’m very happy with the new system.

I had Mallard install my new HVAC unit over the summer. They showed up with good prices but even better representatives. My ac works great. When the cold weather came my heat decided not to work BUT only one phone call and Carolyn was on it and Trey fixed it PLUS giving me a hat he makes personally and showing me his beautiful family once I asked. Excellent customer service. Detailed proposal included all of the expected items and the information on the system to be installed and all components used. There were no extras or hidden costs for us, the customer. They put in what was quoted and there was nothing missed as far as things needed to complete the project in one day. Considerate of our home and it furnishings, including inside and outside work areas in the landscaped beds and inside the home, with drop cloths and appropriate help to move the components in and out of their installation areas. Swept up after themselves and were very knowledgeable and considerate as they performed their tasks. Helped us download and understand the app to operate the systems efficiently in remote areas.

Absolutely would recommend giving these folks a call for any HVAC work needed. 100% professional, great communication about the project and exactly approximation of costs and time. Our project was rather small, converting a furnace from propane to NGL, but while on site the tech checked the system and it's working better than ever.

Very helpful technician who diagnosed an electrical issue with my HVAC system, which led to discover g the need for replacing the electrical panel. He identified someone to come over immediately and completed the job same day. Also made suggestions for other issues I was having within the house. Definitely recommend them.
