Addressed mold and drainage issues inside a Gree split system for this Fairhope customer. The water wasn’t draining properly into the pan, causing excess condensation. Steps were taken to manage these issues, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient system moving forward. Regular maintenance recommendations were also provided to prevent further mold development.
