We used Mal Wright Pest and Building twice on our journey to home ownership, and they were wonderful. They secured inspections very quickly, the turnaround was incredibly fast, and they were available for follow-up questions, too. Really friendly service. Highly recommend!!

Mal Wright (also known as CTP Inspections) were thorough, timely and trustworthy - would recommend them and would not hesitate using them again for a building and pest inspection. They delivered the incredibly detailed report promptly on the day the inspection was completed. Tess, Craig and Steve were more than happy to help guide me through the process and answer any questions, even when I called at 7am!

Mal was fantastic. I would highly recommend him to anyone after a thorough building and pest inspection. He took plenty of time to explain everything. He even managed to entertain my young son showing him how to operate his tools. He was very professional, came at short notice, and his old school values were much appreciated. He met me at the property explained everything and had the report written up the next day.
