Life savers at an affordable price!!! I was away for a few weeks and when I came back the grass grew astronomically. I knew my lawnmower wouldn't be able to handle it... Called Mako and they were pleasant, professiona and showed up the next day! The price was 100% reasonable. Most importantly, they did a FANTASTIC job!! See before and after.

Terrible customer service! I called their main line to confirm whether they provide commercial services as advertised on their Facebook page. The first call was hung up on immediately. On the second call, someone answered but was rude when I asked—he said they don’t do commercial work (even though Mako Outdoors, LLC lists itself as a Residential & Commercial lawn care company in Port St. Lucie, FL), then hung up again.

Terrible customer service. First charged me $130 for 3 cuts when total month was $130/month. When questioned about it, they terminated services because "we're not a good fit." Who overcharges and terminates services if a customer disagrees? Also destroyed plants.

I have had great service with Mako Outdoors. They are always on time, don’t break anything, and clean up all the trimmings on the outdoor furniture. If I had an issue, Michael was quick to address the concern. Happily would recommend if looking for a new lawn service.

First time using Mako Outdoors, and they did a phenomenal job! After weeks away on vacation, our lawn was seriously overgrown. Other companies in Port St Lucie took their time getting back to us, while Mako responded the same day—even on a holiday weekend—and fit us right into their schedule. I hired Mako Outdoors starting in Oct this year. I told Mike my previous company, which I used for eight months, came out almost every weekend when I told them I didn't want weekend service and would cut my grass 11 days a week, not seven, and even skip some weeks. The last straw was when we had an outside party on a Saturday, and my grass was over 6 inches high, unacceptable with so-called professional service. I called Mako, and Mike assured me he had no weekend service unless there was some emergency and that I would have a scheduled day during the week. I waited to write this review as I didn't believe it. Let me tell you, Mike and his crew cut and manicured a great lawn. My lawn is challenging, to say the least. It looks better than it ever has. I'm pleased with their services. I like the auto-billing and communication this company gives you. If you are looking for lawn service in Port St. Lucie, this company is Genuine.

Mako was one of the few companies that called me back and was happy to have my business - they discussed what I wanted done (yard cleanup), came by to look at the work, gave me an estimate, and got it done when they promised to show up. We were delighted with the quality of the work and the price was fair.

When we moved to Port Saint Lucie we were tasked with finding someone to help us with our landscaping needs, and found Mako Outdoors on a local recommendations page. They've been nothing short of professional, prompt, and communicative in our time using them. Mako outdoors is by far and away the best service around. I usually take care of my own lawn. I have had 5 back surgeries in the last 6 years and for each of those surgeries I have had 5 different companies take care of my lawn. None of them show up when they say they are gonna. Mako is here every week at the same time. Not only that but mike does excellent work. I have no problem recommending them to anyone
