I am writing to share my absolutely positive experience with Major Pest Control Exterminators and would definitely recommend them. This was my first experience with bed bugs, and I was quite anxious, especially due to having a strong allergic response to the bites. From the moment I called, Ray immediately offered supportive energy, communicating, "We've got your back!" He carefully explained how the treatment functions and what to expect regarding the timeline. He also provided valuable context on bed bugs: Under ideal conditions, a bed bug can live for about 10 to 12 months, and their ability to survive without feeding allows them to endure for extended periods. Understanding the bed bug life cycle is key, as the entire process from egg to adult can take as little as 21 days in warm conditions with a steady food source. I was fortunate that his colleague, Carl, was able to come the same day. Carl was also extremely kind and supportive, acknowledging the emotional component of finding out your home has bed bugs. He clearly explained the treatment timeline and expectations and was very respectful of my apartment while applying the treatment. I am happy to report that after a month since the treatment, I have only been bitten once, and the situation is looking very positive that I am in the clear. Even so, Ray reassured me that he would be there to help should anything change. 100/100 Thank you and a shout out to Ray, Carl, and Joe!

I was struggling with a cockroach infestation in my house, but thankfully Ray from MajorPestControlCalgary provided an excellent solution. Major Pest Control provides an exceptional service, from the first phone intake to the treatment and follow up, I would recommend them to anyone. Ray did inspection and explained how to get rid of bed bugs. treated my home for bed bugs and was so kind and thorough. He was a pleasure to work with, and I can say I’ve had no sign of bed bugs since the treatment. 10/10!

Posted on Edmonton before this (Should have been on Calgary) Some of the worst service I have ever received. Speaking to Ray, the guy has more excuses of why a service isn’t fixed or why people can’t get to you than I have heard before. I have had mice for just over 3 months, and I was guaranteed the issue would be fixed by now. Still not fixed. They take a “walk around” to see if there is any entry points but how do they look at the house, the walk around takes 2 min. They don’t go into the small areas, and if you ask them, the answer is “sorry don’t have a light” what do you mean? You aren’t prepared to do your job and find an entry point around the property? So then need to wait for another appointment which again always late to the time it’s booked. Then they cancel as well. When the techs get here you tell them what you think and they just do there owning thing. Spent $500 for a few bait boxes and the tech to come say “ya I refilled the baits definitely fixed in a few days” and it’s not fixed. I can buy a pack of 12 bait boxes for $50, what did I even pay for? Customer service is something special, along side with ability to get the job done. Edited: I left this review and then I get a call from the company saying they are canceling my service now because I left this review, and I will hurt the business by leaving this review. Fantastic customer service by these people. Customer is wrong business is right, great company slogan. Edited PT2: I have left 4 calls over 2 weeks for a call back for Minau on the refund conversation and just get stood up. Great customer service. What does a guy have to do to talk about service that was less the ideal. I had Orkin come out and they stiffed 4 more entry points gave a different poison and my mouse issue is gone. They are also way cheaper the Major Pest Control. These guys come out 4 times, change dates, excuses on times, and Orkin comes out and boom the job is done. I wish I could leave less than a 1 star review for this.

Duke was extremely helpful and friendly! He answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the plans for the mice we were trying to get rid of. His inspection was thorough and he arrived on time. I would definitely recommend Major Pest, and especially Duke, to anyone needing pest control.

Major Pest Control provided excellent service from start to finish, and I highly recommend them as the best pest control company in town. Ray was extremely patient, honest, and knowledgeable, addressing all my concerns and explaining the process clearly. The team was professional, punctual, and thorough, demonstrating great bedside manner, especially when dealing with our stressful bed bug situation. They were also thoughtful and considerate of our pets, avoiding areas where they would be present. I greatly appreciate the service provided by Major Pest Control.

But we still have our mice friends at home.Major pest control is the best mice exterminator. Ray inspected and Ramil did the service. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend major pest control.
