We recently had repairs done on my daughters car at this garage and couldn't be happier with the service. They responded quickly to our initial call and offered genuinely helpful advice. Despite a busy schedule, they managed to fit us in at short notice, which was a huge relief. Since then, we've returned for further work as well as our annual MOT and service, and each time the experience has been just as professional and efficient. Highly recommend for their reliability, friendliness and quality of work.

it's very rare i leave reviews but after an extremely stressful couple of weeks with my car i had a recommendation from my usual garage to go to Jack as he is very knowledgeable in what had happened to my car i will admit i was very anxious as i had never met Jack before and i had to put all my trust in him, but he completely saved my car which is a miracle considering the state of my car and honestly i didn't think it could be saved because of how bad it was. once again thank you so much Jack! and also thank you to the other guys who work along side him very much appreciated!

I took my car to Major MOT & Service for its MOT, and I was really impressed with the experience. The staff were very friendly and took the time to have a chat about my Ford EcoBoost when I returned to collect it. They mentioned that my car was in great condition, and when I asked about wet belts, they provided excellent advice on maintaining the engine, including the importance of regular oil changes. It’s great to find a garage that’s not only professional but also happy to share their knowledge. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family!

Had a brake issue with my daughter’s car late one evening and was desperately reaching out to local mechanics for help. It was quite urgent, and thankfully, Jack got back to me quickly. He told me to drop the car off first thing in the morning, sourced the parts that same morning, and had everything sorted within the hour. Totally saved the day. Jack is an absolute legend – professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Will 100% be using him again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. My wife's car was suddenly making a banging sound, and was due its MOT. Jack quickly identified that there was an issue with the suspension, and provided me with a range of options to fit my budget. The issue was corrected very quickly after ordering parts, (which was also much quicker than a recent experience with a well-known provider in Treforest with my own car). He worked out of hours to fit me in, and I could collect late at night to allow for my schedule. I now only use this garage for all of my vehicles. Thank you!
