Tim is outstanding. We got locked out of our house on a Saturday morning, and he saved the day, making the experience a minor inconvenience at most. He was responsive prompt, knowledgeable, fast in his work, made great suggestions without at all being pushy, and incredibly courteous. We had our whole big family over and they all loved him. Highly recommend!

Tim was amazing. We locked ourselves out and he showed up within an hour, got us back into the house, and also fixed a couple of other issues we needed dealt with. Did not try to upsell on anything (the opposite, gave me very pragmatic advice, told me where I could order on Amazon etc.) Was super nice and helpful. Will absolutely call again for emergency or non emergency work.

Tim replaced a deadbolt lock on our building gate. He was able to change the lock without having to print a new set of keys. Over text message he answered all my questions , we were able to figure out a solution based on the pictures I sent him before he ever came for a service call. Also appreciate that he provided a cost upfront which he kept to. No hidden charges. Tim made the availability and noticed how important it was for it to be repaired for the safety of the dogs at my job. Although he is a locksmith he cares about his furry clients too!
