Majestic Construction is a direct contractor, yet the level of service they provided felt comparable to working with an interior designer. Throughout our renovation, their professionalism and commitment to quality were evident. We were assigned Kelly as our project in-charge, and she consistently exceeded expectations. She remained responsive, even during her personal time and offered practical, well-considered advice at every stage. As with any renovation project, a few hiccups were inevitable, but Kelly addressed them promptly with effective solutions, ensuring the schedule stayed on track. She also accompanied us to several tile and vinyl shops, guiding us through our flooring selections. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and reassuring. Most importantly, the final outcome matched exactly what we envisioned for our home. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the experience and truly appreciated Kelly’s dedication throughout the project.

This is a long overdue review having moved into our new place 3 months ago. I have done my due diligence and consulted several IDs and contractors before shortlisting Majestic as my main contractor. This was hands down, one of the best decisions I have made for our new house. Tom was our project manager, and it was easy communicating with him on my expectations and wants. If they were not realistic or doable, Tom would provide alternatives/suggestions. The best parts? I barely had to supervise the renovation. Tom would provide timely updates and/or meet me at the site when necessary for discussions/decisions. Sure, it was not a bed of roses all the way and amendments had to be made but Majestic did not shrink away from their responsibilities even AFTER payment was fully made. Just one text/call, and arrangements would be made for checks/reworks. The materials, workmanship and service are all spot on. Everyone who had visited our house, love it and so do I. It still feels surreal, like how could such a beautiful home be mine?
