James did awesome! I just got off a 16 hour night shift and came out to a flat tire. James was professional, friendly and pretty quick even with the challenge of not having the right boards to use to lift my lifted truck on his jack. He ended up having to flatten the full size spare to get it put on due to the jack not being able to lift my truck high enough. He aired it back up to the right PSI and even loaded my popped tire in my truck bed so i wouldn’t get my uniform duty. Fair pricing and easy payment options including Venmo, cashapp, cash and card. Over all wonderful experience even after my frustration with a popped tire. The dispatcher Jessika was friendly on the phone and offered a great ETA. Will continue using majeed instead of competitors due to this interaction.

Great experience with this company. Very professional and accommodating. It was 6* outside. Tried to change my tire but the lug nut was the wrong size. So he towed my car to the dealership for me. Will recommend them highly. Joe was the driver he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt taken care of.

I hit a pothole on 44 East yesterday and was stranded on the side of the highway. I called Majeed towing and they arrived very quickly and towed my vehicle to the repair location very safely. Car quit on me driving home from work late at night. They said it would be a 45 minute wait but they showed up and had my car and me home in half an hour. Joe K was very fast and polite. I used my road service thru AAA who entered the wrong pickup location. The driver called to let me know he was on the way. When I tracked the truck and saw the wrong pickup location I called him back and told him where I was. He was really gracious and said he would be there and I didn't have to wait. He brought it to my house and dropped it. Very courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.
