Shirley was lovely; very sweet and professional. My reason for 3 stars off: it was a 3 br apartment and one room was a spare room that wasn’t used but for an occasional guest to sleep in. We went around and scrubbed and cleaned and swept the base boards, mopped, scrubbed the fridge/freezer, etc. I took photos and a video of the whole place before they arrived to clean. I was charged nearly $350 (high end of the estimate). A ridiculous amount. And was told on the invoice that it was due to “the condition” of the place. What condition? We only lived there a year and 3 months and cleaned before the cleaner came and we aren’t pigs. I just wanted a move-out deep clean/touch up. Why charge so much?! Again, Shirley was great. Perhaps they should have provided a second house cleaner to help her so it didn’t take so long. My apt was in good shape when she arrived. I’ve got the video to prove it (time/date stamped in my iPhone).

Danay was a good cleaner amd a very quick learner. She is a quiet and pleasant person. Our house looks CLEAN.

I used Maids2NV for a recent deep clean of our house. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Kezia was outstanding. We had guests from out of town and they commented on how clean the house was. I will be using them for regular periodic cleanings. Highly recommend their company.

We had the pleasure of working with Maids2NV for a deep clean of our brand-new 2,900 sq ft Love-A-Pup grooming, daycare, & boarding shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish! I highly recommend this company! We needed a move out cleaning on our house. I called and they were able to schedule me on the day and time I needed. The house looks fantastic!! Maids2Nv was awesome! They sent out Kezia who was the sweetest and hardest working woman ever. She took her time and made sure everything was deeply cleaned. The house looks and smells amazing! I will absolutely use this service again and will be recommending it to all my friends.
