Wipes are handy and easy to use but do not use a single wipe to clean the entire kitchen. There must be enough disinfecting solution left behind to leave the surface visibly wet for at least four minutes while air-drying to be effective. Many disinfecting products, including those with chlorine bleach, are not safe to use in food preparation areas without the application of a rinse after disinfection.
