I needed a deep clean on short notice, and this company was incredible from start to finish. They were very responsive, came out the same day to give me a quote, and had the cleaning scheduled for the very next day. The cleaners arrived right on time, worked quickly, and did an amazing job with a ton of attention to detail. They were also so thoughtful, respectful, and polite throughout the process. I had one bedroom I couldn’t have cleaned since I was working in it all day, but they even gave me helpful tips on how to bring it up to the same standard as the rest of the house. I’ve been using Maid In America Services for just about a year now and want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by this team. In both periodic deep cleans or bi-weekly recurring services their work and personal touch are a testament to their professionalism and attention to detail. I live out of state, came to Clarksville for a couple of days to care for my daughter who just got out of hospital again after several weeks of poor health and surgeries. As her temporary health has made it difficult to keep up with her normal routine of cleaning, I asked Maid in America for a one-time cleaning with a list of specific tasks while my daughter is still in recovery. The girls that came did a terrific job and did exactly what we asked of them, all with a sweet attitude. Thank you!

Sierra was prompt, efficient, and kind. You can really see her heart in her work, herself and her professionalism extends to animals as well. She was great with our dogs and cats.

TL;DR: Pricey (deep clean was $560 for 3 people working 4-5 hours in a 4BR/3BA home; estimate of ~$175 for once a month standard cleanings moving forward) but such a relief if you need or want the help and can afford it. They did a really good and thorough job, and my house smells great. I had a deep clean completed by Hannah, Bri, and Layla with Maid in America today. Here’s how it went: Setting up the appointment: Shelby got me set up with an appointment. She was quick to respond to my voicemail and took her time explaining the process and options. She also emailed me a full checklist of what was included. She quoted me $400-$450 for a deep clean, but it ended up being $560 total — probably more on me and the state of things than her guesstimate. She quoted me ~$175 for standard monthly cleaning that will begin next month. I was a little nervous about making the call, but she put me at ease. I booked a single deep clean with recurring standard cleans once a month thereafter, and I received reminders prior to the appointment. Promptness: My appointment was scheduled for 11:30a. I got a text at 11:15a that my cleaners would arrive in 15 minutes, and all three were right on time. Experience: Each of the 3 cleaners brought in armloads of supplies and equipment. They were prepared for anything and everything. My partner and I work from home and were a bit nervous about being in the way. We all sort of worked around each other, and there weren’t any issues. We all chit chatted here and there in a way that felt really nice and natural rather than being distracting or unprofessional on either side. They cleaned from 11:30a to nearly 4p without a break. They divided and conquered the whole house with relative ease and asked me to walk through and provide feedback twice. After they left, Shelby called to make sure things went well, and to go over the price with me. Again, I was a little over my estimate because it took longer than expected. I blame myself and the state of things. She also let me know that Hannah would be completing my monthly cleanings in the future. Quality: Really good. My cleaners got marks off my walls that I thought were permanent. They did an amazing job on the inside of my oven and refrigerator. My baseboards were spotless. There were a couple spots on the walls and floors I asked them to go back over again while giving feedback, and it was no issue. No complaints. Hannah just went over everything again until I was 100% satisfied. In the end, everything looked and smelled amazing. Price: $560 (plus tip) for 3 people working 4-5 hours deep cleaning a 4BR/3BA ~2150 sq. ft. home. Payment: I received an invoice by text about an hour after my cleaners left, and payment by debit/credit was easy — just a touch of a button. I was able to view my services and add a tip without issue, and my receipt immediately followed. Overall: I am really satisfied. It was pricey, but it would have taken my partner and me a whole weekend to do what these 3 folks did in a few hours. I didn’t have to put other things aside because I needed to clean. I didn’t have to spend hours (or days?) physically recovering from the effort. It was just… done. A luxury, but one I’m really glad I splurged on.

Can not talk highly enough about the cleaning service or the customer service. We hired Maid in America to do a whole home deep clean prior to listing our house for sale and they did an immaculate job! Riley was very personable to talk to and provided great guidance and advice.
