MAID FOR DUTY

Maid for Duty helped us during a tough time, deep cleaning several rooms and steam cleaning the carpets at my dad's house. They provided great service, were reasonably priced, and stayed in close communication during the entire process.

Maids on duty was terrible and very shaky outfit. They send a woman out to clean the home that we were selling. Very cold frigid day. The lady left a family in the van waiting for her couple with kids was freezing. The lady did a very poor clean job. There was some areas that was never touched. I sent the owners pictures of the untouched areas. The woman told my wife. She was complete my wife being ill and not feeling good. She totally trusted the lady after talking with her and thought she was nice. Well, the woman had her right to check into her name instead of the business name.. After calling the office talking with the owner that claim she is military, which I doubt highly. The house was filthy. Mirrors were never touched. Showers were never touched. Floors was never vacuumed or washed. This was a four-year-old home. We’re talking about. Well, I brought to the attention to the owner about the check being put in the employee’s name and it will be stopped. The owner claims that the girl cashed the check and gave her her money. They did send another lady out to do the cleaning. That lady was outstanding awesome and very polite. I give that lady a five star. But this company is terrible. They demanded a second check which they were given. The net check was stopped as well. Trying to get paid for the same job twice the owner should be very ashamed of herself. Very unhappy customer all the way around..

Elisabeth was courteous and professional. She did an exceptional job with the deep cleaning requested. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Made For Duty did an exceptional job on my rental property. She took extra care to make sure the home was move in ready. I will definitely be contacting them again!

Use MFD religiously to maintain and care for my AirBnB’s. Cleaners do an incredible job and don’t leave me wanting. Any issues I have ever had, customer service is more than helpful. Could not recommend them enough!!

Had an amazing experience with Maid For Duty. Living out of state I made the service for my grandma. Communication was great and my grandma is very satisfied with the eye for detail.

Damary and her helpers did an incredible job on the deep clean of my house. We were out of town for a week and I had to rush pack before we left and it was so nice coming back home to everything freshly cleaned. I can tell that she took particular care in every detail. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it and the stress it took off me after 14 hours of travel. Thank you also to the company for fitting me in at the last minute!! I will definitely recommend and use them again!!
