Asking for a simple copy of an existing prescription threw them and ended up with a very unprofessional and acrimonious episode which cost me $150. Would not recommend. Can't comment on any other aspect of their business.

If you're looking for prescription glasses then I highly recommend you start here. Sarah and her staff are so helpful and professional you won't find a better place to start. And because it's privately owned you get exactly what you pay for nothing like the "buy 1 pair and get second pair free" chain store's (you know the ones).. thank you ladies for the awesome help :) James

My entire family has been to see Sarah over many years. Always get excellent professional care. Always on time and always friendly. We have been referred on to private specialists and also Greenlane Hospital for more serious issues. The ophthalmologists both private and Hospital have been very complimentary of Sarah’s diagnostics which we find very reassuring.

The staff at the practice are excellent. The Optomotorist Sarah is fantastic. In the past 3 years ive been referred to Green Lane for opthamology. Sarah deals with my issues with empathy, clarity and alacrity. In 30 years of wearing glasses, having had my current glasses prescribed a year ago, my only comment is "best glasses ever". Totally recommend

We took our 5 year old daughter to see Sarah Denny - my dad had recommended her - and we are so pleased we did - she is brilliant. Sarah is thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. She has a great rapport with our daughter and is easy to talk to about any concerns. Our daughter, Chelsea has been having regular check-ups for the last two years now - she is doing so much better at school and I am confident she is getting the best care there is. I would definitely recommend Sarah (and her team!) to anyone.
