BEFORE VISITING PLEASE READ THE REVIEW. Very Disappointing Experience Today I visited Mahila Bangles Store and had a horrible experience. The staff are extremely unprofessional. They have no patience, no manners, and don’t know how to behave with customers. The hair band boxes were very messy. It was difficult to find the right choice because everything was mixed up. They really need to arrange and separate different designs according to price. The hair band baskets, especially in the bangles section, were very untidy. I asked the price four times, and not even once did anyone respond. I waited there patiently just to see who would respond, but nobody did. There was complete carelessness towards customers, and they were not even showing the items properly. The staff seemed to be in a hurry, as if whatever they showed, we had to quickly pick and leave. In the anklets section, the lady was completely unprofessional and very rude. The earrings section staff were comparatively better than the others, but they looked very tired and inactive. They were not energetic or interested in showing the items properly to customers. Because of this, I decided not to buy any earrings. The collection is actually good, and the prices are decent. Some items are costly and some are reasonable depending on the quality — I don’t have any issue with the pricing. After visiting the first floor, I went to the second floor baby section for my baby. The boy working there was very good — he showed the items nicely, was patient, and treated customers with respect. Other staff should learn from him. Overall, I am not happy with my visit. Because of the staff’s careless and rude behavior, I even decided not to buy bangles at the billing counter. Since we had come from a long distance after seeing the store on Google, we ended up buying some baby items and returned home.

They really have good collection of fancy jewellery . I recently bought antique saree brooch from them, collections were good . Some items are very reasonably priced and some are expensive. But they have almost everything in women accessories . Reducing 2 stars because of the attitude of the person in the billing section in 1st floor . No respect for customers and lacks patience, highly rude even though I had shopped for 4K . I will never visit again here .

My anyday destination for Traditional Glass Bangles. Be it festival or wedding in the family, the only shop comes to mind is Mahila Bangles, ocean of bangles. Budget friendly, unlimited variety. Traditional to fancy, Meets every age groups requirement.

Clip counter i don't know why they hav kept that girls. No respect for customer. They treat customer so worst. They are getting pain for showing. Keeping such workers don't spoil ur store name. Owner also won't speak anything if we complain. Buying from years. Respect the customers n their needs. Don't make money learn to respect customers. Keep the staff properly first worst staffs

The shop is located in Gandhi bazar, they have both jewellery and makeup / skincare products, Overall ok we can get all wide varieties of jewellery collections under one roof but it's really too much expensive......

This shop has wide options, staff are very serious faced as if they are doing a favour free of cost. Not a cost effective place but can visit for more options.

This shop is there from decades and yes they have good collection... But Arrogance is at peaks... Best to find alternative... The items are expensive but the behaviour is like they are giving it for free.... Worst and Pathetic... Never visiting again ...

Shop is decent. But the staff is rude and non interested. They were not ready to show anything properly especially bangle areas. Most of the staff is sleepy or uninterested

Please don’t visit this store any cost . The staff , especially the make up section ladies are horrible creatures . I shopped for around 4000 and I wanted to go to the wash room . I understand they can not allow any random customer to use their washroom , but despite purchasing from them , they denied usage of wash room saying they don’t have one . When I asked them that there is one in the ground floor , they denied entry . Being women , they can’t even understand the situation and urgency of other woman . The way they give looks if we ask for anything , their rude behavior is horrible . And moreover , the door was very tight , which obviously I will not know . when I tried closing it , it banged hard , one lady started abusing me. They don’t even have the basic sense that they should not deny wash room usage . It can be a legal trouble for them . But for the treatment they give to the customers, I am definitely taking this forward legally .
