Very Disappointing Experience
Today I visited Mahila Bangles Store and had a horrible experience. The staff are extremely unprofessional. They have no patience, no manners, and don’t know how to behave with customers.
The hair band boxes were very messy. It was difficult to find the right choice because everything was mixed up. They really need to arrange and separate different designs according to price. The hair band baskets, especially in the bangles section, were very untidy.
I asked the price four times, and not even once did anyone respond. I waited there patiently just to see who would respond, but nobody did. There was complete carelessness towards customers, and they were not even showing the items properly. The staff seemed to be in a hurry, as if whatever they showed, we had to quickly pick and leave.
In the anklets section, the lady was completely unprofessional and very rude.
The earrings section staff were comparatively better than the others, but they looked very tired and inactive. They were not energetic or interested in showing the items properly to customers. Because of this, I decided not to buy any earrings.
The collection is actually good, and the prices are decent. Some items are costly and some are reasonable depending on the quality — I don’t have any issue with the pricing.
After visiting the first floor, I went to the second floor baby section for my baby. The boy working there was very good — he showed the items nicely, was patient, and treated customers with respect. Other staff should learn from him.
Overall, I am not happy with my visit. Because of the staff’s careless and rude behavior, I even decided not to buy bangles at the billing counter. Since we had come from a long distance after seeing the store on Google, we ended up buying some baby items and returned home.
