I called for winter maintenance, information on a maintenance package and information on a WiFi Thermostat. Troy came out the next day and wow oh wow what great customer service. Nicest guy ever, explained everything in easy terms and cleaned my system and made sure it was good. I then bought the thermostat and he installed it, got it working on my phone and made sure I understood it. I also bought the great maintenance package. I won’t use any other company now as I was made to feel like family and treated as such. Thank you Mahalo and thank you Troy!!!!!

Mahalo was nothing but a joy to work with, Troy was very knowledgeable when it came to my system and the issues it was having, he was personable, genuine and never left me without answers - reliable honest answers. Scott gave valuable insight to accommodating the work required to save us from water damage. Tom provided clear understandable information while creating a quote for a new mini-split and the ladies in the office were easy to reach, very understanding and such a joy to work with also.

Mahalo was amazing. We were without cooling for the weekend and it was one of the hottest of the summer. I called them on Monday morning and they had a cancellation and the technician was able to come to my home within the hour!! The technician was amazing and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He was very helpful, descriptive, and friendly. The air is working like a charm and we are no longer sweating!! Thank you Mahalo, it was worth every penny! On 10-09-25 Mahalo came back to service our heating unit. More great service and professionalism, without a doubt they are our new heating and air service provider.

Mahalo has serviced our HVAC for 8 years. We are completely satisfied with their customer service, knowledge, and skills. We're under their yearly service contract which is a good deal. It's also why the cost this time was over $300; we purchased the contract which covers two maintenance visits per year.

Notified us in advance of a time (30 minute window) that they would arrive. Verified by text day before and that day, including name and info on the technician. Showed up on time. Answered questions, kept me updated through each step of what was being checked, what was found and recommended steps with option to do at the time or schedule as made sense. Very knowledgeable efficient and a "nice" person.

Mahalo has simply been the best. Installation of my heat pump 4 years ago was top notch. Recent service experience was also extremely good. This is a 5 star operation.

Service arrived on time, completed task timely and professionally. Also ensured I was able to fully operate my new thermostat and that the app on my phone was synced and working correctly.

Mahalo installed my heating and air conditioning years ago. They did an excellent job. I just had Austin come to have my system checked. He did a five star job! They are honest, do an excellent, honest job. I highly recommend them. I just want to say: I interviewed 8 different companies and honesty was mainly what I was looking for and I found it at Mahalo!

I am happy to recommend Mahalo Heating & Air Conditioning to my family & friends. Service maintenance for heating and air conditioning units completed in a professional and timely manner; good explanations for parts and work needed on a/c (much less expensive than the replacement I was expecting.) Maintenance plan for twice yearly service was offered (for discounted rate) and accepted. Much better experience than previous service maintenance company.

Troy came out to fix our HVAC unit and did an outstanding job. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Not only did he get our unit up and running quickly, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and walked us through the repair process in detail. His customer service was excellent and he made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Mahalo!
