They have a half off for 6 months deal on line but it won't accept payment. On site couldn't understand office worker's broken English. Told her it wouldn't accept payment. She said I could only get deal on line. It's a bait and switch. Dirty filthy stinking rotten company

The staff is great and the units are clean as well as the area being well lit. Would highly recommend.

Very professional service. I used them for a month of storage and the prices were really good. The owner is very friendly and stays on the premises. H showed me around the very few available options before I chose one. Some of the smallest units don't have drive up access, naturally, and hence my original reservation was useless. The owner was very helpful in finding me an alternative. Note that after making an online reservation, you need to call them to make a payment and get your gate code and other details. Without the gate code, you cannot enter the facility after office hours (5 PM). They charge according to a calendar month and will prorate a late start. Also, on vacating you get the lock and key for free.

Not only is the storage facility nice and clean, the owners are extremely helpful, professional and good people. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to store their things. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. You can rent a unit on a monthly basis or six months at a time. The area is well lit, safe at night, and secured with video surveillance.

Staff very friendly and straight professional. They didn't have the storage unit i desired but, he is making every effort to get what I need. 5 stars guys!

I am in administration at a local clinic, which we "were" renting a building from Magnolia Self Storage. The manager Lee is very disrespectful toward people. he is very aggressive when communicating with others. i have closed out a unit, due to his behavior. When I ask for management information, he says that he is management! I only wanted monthly invoices to keep track of paying bills on time and was refused those. Please get to know this guy Lee before you rent from the company.

I've been storing my stuff here for three or four months now and I have had no problems no issues.

The Staff there are Very Friendly. They take time to answer all of your questions & they explain everything in detail.
