Just wanted to share how fantastic and compassionate the folks are at Magnolia Hospice. Specifically Lexi Craven. Her professionalism and expertise made such a difference in a very hard time for my family. I'm so grateful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend this Company to anyone in need of hospice care.

It takes special people to choose Hospice as their career and the ladies at Magnolia exemplify the heart, compassion and dedication that it takes to make a difference in people’s lives. From the onset, Katie is a breath of fresh air when it comes to starting a patient on services. She is trustworthy and goes the extra mile to answer all questions & concerns! Lexi is always professional, organized and pays attention to all the details that make a difference for patients and their families. Their team is stellar and worthy of caring for your loved ones.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. My grandmother was recently placed under their hospice care, and the experience was deeply distressing for our entire family. Due to what we believe was negligence, my grandmother was allegedly overdosed on morphine and other medications. This caused her to suffer severe respiratory distress, and she had to be rushed to the hospital. We were told by the hospice nurse on scene to call our family to say our goodbyes, as they did not expect her to survive the night. Thankfully, once in the care of hospital professionals, she received proper treatment and made a full recovery within 24 hours. This entire incident was terrifying and avoidable. It appears the nurses involved were not properly trained or equipped to administer the medications safely. I urge others to exercise extreme caution before placing a loved one in the care of this company.

I have always been met with care and compassion when speaking with Lexi, Katie, and Amy. They always go above and beyond for their patients and community.

When faced with having to engage Hospice for my mother, I was nothing but in awe of Magnolia Hospice. The team that was involved with the care for my mom was nothing short of fantastic! Katie, Alisha and Lauren to name a few have cared for her like she was a part of their family!

Amy and her team are awesome. The nursing staff is top-notch. They treat each patient as they would their own family.

If you want genuine, professional, kindhearted and empathetic service this is the place to go! Couldn’t recommend a better place for you and your loved ones!!

Smaller hospice company that has amazing staff with a lot of experience and compassion for their patients. They go above and beyond the bigger companies . Highly recommend
