Magnolia Hill

So far, I’ve had a great experience living at Magnolia Hill Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and everything feels thoughtfully designed and comfortable. The amenities are a big plus—everything is well kept and easy to enjoy, whether it’s the common areas or outdoor spaces. It’s clear the property takes pride in maintaining them, and they actually feel usable, not just there for show. Leigh and Aubrey in the leasing office have been amazing—both are friendly and professional. They were very helpful and responsive throughout the process of becoming a resident and continue to be.

Magnolia Hill is a clean comfortable space. Chris and Kayden are wonderful on maintenance. Leigh Ann and Aubrey were exceptional with move in. I had a lot of questions and they answered every last one of them with patience and kindness. We love our new apartment.

We fell in love with Magnolia Hill Apartments from our very first visit. We had a spectacular tour with Leigh Ann who filled us in on the complex, walked us through all the amenities, and answered all of our questions. The application process was straight forward, and both Leigh Ann and Aubrey were able to quickly answer any questions we had. Questions we had later? - we just picked up the phone and Aubrey or Leigh Ann were able to respond easily - if it required follow-up, they got back to us quickly. They were so kind to allow us to do another walk through just to check out the sizing of the rooms and figure out where we would put our furniture. Check-in was a breeze! We received all of our information ahead of time, giving us ample opportunity to write down any questions we had for the day we moved in. They provided us with a simple check-list of things to do before the move and let us know when everything was completed. The complex is beautiful, plenty of green space, a large pool, huge lounge area, covered outdoor seating and gaming area, two fire pits, grills, playground, pickle ball court, dog park, and other amenities that I haven't mentioned. All included in the rent, no hidden prices. From a staff perspectice, we can't say enough good things about them. We get a friendly wave and hello when walking into the office where we are always greeted with kindness and a smile. Our maintenance is prompt, kind, respectful, and, the residents opinion matters. KUDOS to Leigh Ann, Aubrey, Chris, Caiden, and Brittney - you all make us HAPPY to be here and we know that we made the right decision to move here! We're looking forward to many more years together!

To the leasing office lady who called the cops on an Amazon driver for throwing up in your parking lot on Christmas eve I just hope you know how unkind and how terrible of a person that you are. What kind of a person sees somebody visibly sick and throwing up and there first thought is to raise there voice at them and yell at me to get off your property , no “hey can I get you a napkin or a water” nope all I got was an angry woman yelling and screaming at me. I truly truly pray you are not a mother in this world I truly pray because what kind of a human being would do that to another human being. I am disgusted at you. I could never in a million years see another person throwing up in front of me and my first thought is to make their life harder and yell at them. Even the Carthage police department apologized to ME , TO ME. For everything I had to go thru that day and how un fair it was to me. You are a disgusting human being and you have ZERO heart.
