Magic Touch Miami Body Shop

I was in a car accident in September and Magic Touch was the first and last body shop I called. They are excellent — Alex explained the insurance process and answered all of my questions. He was also just fun and easy to talk to in general. They handled everything down to the rental car and looked out for other potential issues I was concerned about in case I needed to fix other parts, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They also made sure to call me to let me know exactly what they were going to do/which parts were needed, and they did a really good job on the body work. Their guys really care about quality too. The man who painted my panel (I can't remember his name) even called me because he was concerned that it might look a little funny with the gloss since the rest of my Jeep needs a paint job. I was very appreciative of that kind of consideration. When I went to pick my Jeep up, the same guy showed me everything they did and made sure I was happy with the work and also assured me that there were no other issues concerning the other parts I was worried about. Another thing I was really appreciative about is that aside from the body work, my Jeep was left in the same condition it came in, meaning nothing was damaged in the process (I've had issues with other mechanics breaking and/or misplacing things while fixing other things.) Overall, this place is great — they've got great people and do good work. When it's finally time for a full paint job, I'll be calling them again for sure.

1st of all Alex is too funnyyyy!!! lol I hate that that moron hit my car but was so satisfied with choosing magic touch! They be on the insurance company's butt! I barely had to deal with them once magic touch got involved. Omg it made it so much easier for me. I hope I'm not in anymore accidents but if somebody asked do I know a body shop in Miami... I'm naming this place IMMEDIATELY! My baby look like nothing ever happened and drives just as good if not better!

Amazing quick and good quality service. I came here based on reviews hoping for a good job and efficient service. And i got that and more. The car came out looking like new, and they even gave it to me sparkling clean, it even looked detailed... They were extremely fast and very communicative.
