Magic Pets House Mobile Pet Grooming

I absolutely love Verona, she has done my schnauzer mix multiple times and my parent’s Dachshund. Prices are very reasonable and my dogs always come back beautiful and well take care of. I would recommend them to everyone!

We love Maria so much! She does such a wonderful job and is so great with our anxious poodle. He can get very easily matted and she always does such a wonderful job at taking care of his coat and giving him the cute, puppy cut style we love so much.

I have taken my 2 yo Havanese to Alba religiously ever since finding Magic Pets House on instagram! Alba is kind and caring with my dog who wasn’t a big fan of groomers from a previous negative experience. She’s patient with him and every time I have taken him she has done a SPECTACULAR job. I truly couldn’t recommend a better groomer!

Nice response but that’s a lie my neighbors were outside and they were right here too three of my neighbors were right outside watching it. If someone started banging on my van and destruction, my property, the police would’ve been called.. You’re a very sad company and The fact that you made these lies up is even worse. I would’ve even paid the extra money if you weren’t an hour and an I would’ve even paid the extra money if you weren’t an hour and a half late and didn’t have the audacity to price me with a picture of the dog before you got here. Everybody can read the text even when you were an hour late and he asked me if I still wanted the appointment. There was no aggression. Just a simple OK people can read the text. The funniest thing is if she was afraid, and a man started banging on the side of a van like a lunatic over a haircut Then the police would’ve been called. Please don’t lie on me. Everybody can read the text. There’s no aggression in my review just the truth and you’re just so very upset. You did not even call me after you were a half hour late and now you’re trying to say I was punching a van, you are a very sad group of people. there’s nothing aggressive about me. I left at the lady asked her to give me my dog back when she raised the price and walked home and gave you a bad review. The fact that you’ve had pictures of the dog gave me a price were an hour and a half late and all I said was OK. Read the text now you pull the he’s an aggressive man card One of my neighbors here know me and they will tell you I’m the polite kindest man on this block. I have a little golden doodle named Ruby. She’s a sweetheart. I can’t even believe that user trying to say I’m aggressive man. I’m sick to my stomach over this what a disgusting company. Never in my life would I think that I would change my schedule to obliged to a company that don’t show up on time has the audacity to show up an hour and a half late after I sent them pictures of my dog they already priced my dog came here an hour and a half late and asked me for an extra $40 $35 to be exact. I don’t know what kind of company y’all run or what kind of business y’all run but my eyes this is called terrible bad business. You don’t set appointments and then just not show up at all because you didn’t even give me a call. I texted you after you were 25 minutes late. I’m sorry she’s super stuck in traffic. She said there she could be there in 35 minutes. Do you still want her to come well, of course I mean, I just took off work and obliged my day around your appointment that you made for a time to fit you best.I would give them zero stars what a sad company to deal with. I wish I could send you the pictures, first off my appointment was for 230. They told me it would be 85 or $95. They didn’t show up at 2:30 at 3:47. I had to call them and ask him where they where? an hour and a half late now the man responds and says that I’m an aggressive man. What a sad business read the text messages you were late. My reply was OK. Is that aggressive? I handed the lady my dog she raised the price I said no can I just have my dog back please? She gave me the dog. I walked back home and I wrote the review. There was 10 people watching me watch they’re gonna write reviews too now that you’re lying on me. There’s nothing aggressive about me. I’m the nicest . Everyone can read the text messages. Where am I aggressive? You’re an hour and a half late. I’m not even being aggressive writing. I’m just saying exactly how bad business shoes were. I started hitting the van. Why weren’t the police called? That’s really weird if someone starts hitting a van and punching a van with a little girl in there like that I would call the police because I will be terrified, but that was not the case because that did not happen

Very unproffesional and rude! they do not deserve business. I made an appointment and they arrived 2 hours late. They were rude and to top it off the price is not accurate. They up the price by $60 when they saw my 20 pound dog. Do better or close. This is not how you gain customers. 0 stars if I could.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They give you one price over the phone and then tell you “it’s up to the groomers discretion”. When I called to discuss these details they were very defensive and even hung up the phone on me. Stay away from these groomers they are extremely unprofessional.

First time using this service, and we loved it, Verona did an amazing job, for sure we will be using MPHMPG. Again, and again. Thank you so much, for a great job.

Magic Pets House is absolutely fabulous! My bulldog Jax adores Darwin! Darwin takes amazing care of Jax’s grooming needs. Darwin is prompt, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, gentle, caring and provides exceptional service. Additionally, all the groomers including Mauro and Maria have taken amazing care of Jax when Darwin has not been available. I wholeheartedly recommend Magic Pets House for any of your pet’s grooming needs!!!

I've had a few appointments with different groomers and I can say every one of them are very patient and caring with my 5 dogs, they always smell good and the haircut is just on point!
