I don't usually do reviews but I had to let people know about Magic Improvement Inc. They just installed a new roof on my home and it look fantastic. They were awesome from estimate to install. We didn't have to sit through a presentation to get an estimate and they price was fair. Ray was great. He went above and beyond to us what we wanted and needed to protect our home. The guys who did the install were amazing. The showed up a half an hour before scheduled to set up and worked for 8 hours and finished the roof. I would definitely recommend this company. They don't play gsme and do good quality work. Also are respectful of your property and clean up after.

I was contacted by customer service and told a technician would be arriving the day of my appointment at 4pm. I was pleasantly surprised to see the technician Ray a just after 3pm, almost an hour early. Ray got started immediately and within a short period of time was able to provide me with all the information I needed for the job. Ray was a total professional and I highly recommend Magic Improvement and especially Ray for any chimney/fireplace job . Thank you Ray!

I’ve had Magic Improvements do two jobs for me over the past 12 months. A complete chimney demo/rebuild and roof on our home. Magic Improvements was amazing to work with. You're always about a big project like this but they will set your mind at ease. They proactively communicated every step along the way so that I knew what to expect and when especially during the peak of the rainy season. Everyone from the sales team, workers, inspectors and office admin was a pleasure to work with. You go wrong with Magic Improvements.

Ray, of Magic Improvement, came out to give me a quote on my stairs and railings almost immediately after I asked for one. He and his crew was very, very professional. They worked with us to keep the cost within our budget and on time. They committed to a date which ended up being freezing and came to work anyway, and right on time!!! He didnt charge for extra service they did and was very professional about following up. If anyone needs a new landing, limestone, railings what have you, save yourself the trouble of looking around. They were the right price, but more importantly easy to work with!!!!

They reached out to me when I submitted a request on HomeAdvisor. On Monday scheduled an appointment for Saturday between 9-11, we confirmed on Thursday, on Saturday morning I receive a text around 1030am asking if I am home, I responded about 10-15 minutes later saying yes, but then they said they sent the technician to another site and it would be a couple hours before they could get to me. I questioned our 9-11 agreed upon window, and they said I confirmed too late. Didn't realize we needed 4 confirmations! Representative went on to explain how I was wrong via text. Don't waste your time like I did, very unprofessional.
