In order to obtain a roof replacement permit, you will need to provide documentation that your roof is in need of replacement. This can include a copy of the roofing contractor's estimate, a copy of the inspection report, or a letter from your insurance company stating that your roof has been damaged.
You will also need to provide your contact information, including your name, address, and phone number. The permit application must be notarized, and you will need to pay a fee of $75.
Once you have submitted the application and the fee, the permit will be processed and you will receive a copy of the permit. The permit must be displayed in a visible location on the job site.
