I called for an emergency and within 5 mins, I had an appointment booked the same day. The job was absolutely soul crushing. When they came, they brang nothing but good vibes and even better cleaning equipment. The job maybe took an hour, a cup of tea and then was done. Will 1000% definitely be hiring these guys on my next job. That's a fact.

5 stars, couldn't be happier. These guys transformed my home, carpets, windows and more! All in an afternoon, got the whole house sparkling. Great communication, reasonably priced and upfront about costs, super friendly and went the extra mile. Would absolutely recommend!

Lucas & Charlie are the most down to earth, focused and customer orientated people I have ever had the pleasure to clean my home. I posted for a cleaner with 2 days in advance before I’m flying away for a month I received a call in less than 10 minutes and they worked around my schedule and in no time at all sorted all of my worries and put me at ease by making my end of tenancy cleaning incredibly straightforward. They did an amazing job, they are incredible human beings, and I would hire them again in an instant. Thank you so so much guys and THANK YOU MAGIC CLEANS!! 🧽 ✨

Unfortunately the wrong products were used and my laminate floors were left covered in brown residue and there were trainer foot prints on all the floors and cobwebs were still present in some parts of the house. A small discount was offered but it took me 2 hours to clean the house after the cleaners left. Payment was also demanded the day after the cleaning and as I was discussing how much to pay with my partner he threatened to take me to small claims court only 2 days after the cleaning. Wouldn't recommend.

Lucas and his Magic team came through in my time of need and did an exceptional job I was not expecting this type of service but so happy with the final result will definitely be calling Lucas next time!!
