My husband and I had the most amazing massage experience with Nini and Monica. They were both incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable and tailored the massage perfectly to our needs. Without a doubt, this was the best massage we’ve ever had. We both left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and free of tension. Nini and Monica are exceptionally skilled, and their care and attention to detail really made the experience special. Yesterday we had 3 people get a massage at Sun’s. A friend went at 2.00 and said it was average but we decided to go because of all the positive reviews. Initially we booked a couple at 2 & a couple at 4. Then they rang us and said they could do 1 at 2 and 3 at 4. Then they rang and said they could only do 2 at 4 and one at 4.45. Honestly we should have given up then, but rarely do we get a chance to have a massage because we have kids. We got there and the disorganisation continued. They clearly didn’t have enough staff and called more in. I’ve never had such a rushed and imprecise massage in my life. What is the point of making the massage feel rushed if you’re there for an hour anyway. On top of that I had to ask my massage therapist to stop after 25 minutes. Rushed, imprecise, pressure in the wrong spots, it was just a mess. Then had another therapist which was marginally better but honestly far from ideal. Won’t be back. My wife’s massage was the same and she broke out in hives afterwards, and we had to change plans to get her to a shower. Extra charge for card above the advertised price too.
