Maes and Bluey Dog Training ( Tricks and Treats)

Maes and Bluey Dog Training, was a good refresher for Enzo. Alise guided both me and Enzo through six weeks of training. Enzo learned some new skills as well as refresher of old skills. I would recommend Alise for those who are looking for fundamental training for their puppies and young dogs.

Alise is one of a kind. She is amazing. I love that she will come to your home and train. She was really training me on how to understand my dog Coco. I love her training methods; I felt comfortable and confident with the instructions given. I really recommend her dog training program.

Over these past few months, my dog has made so much progress in his training with Alise! My dog is training, but so am I. I can’t express how grateful we are for all the help. I would recommend Alise to everyone I know! Alise is patient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced!

We love Alise! We adopted a rescue pittie in May and Alise has been a huge asset helping us with basic obedience, leash walking and reactivity and more. It’s so convenient that she can come to us and work in our home one on one on our specific needs, it’s been a great experience.

Alise is an excellent trainer. We had her for one hour sessions in our home. She layers her training and emails you a summary of the training steps which we loved for our practice sessions. She knows what she is doing!

Alise with Maes and Bluey is amazing! I wasn’t sure how one on one training would work vs a class setting, but she’s been wonderful! Her one on one sessions have been so effective for my new puppy. He’s excelled quickly with her guidance! She’s so responsive to any email or text, and I love the instructional emails each week to refer back to. She’s so sweet with my dog, and it honestly feels like working with a friend. Highly recommend Maes and Bluey !

Maes & Bluey has done wonders for my pup and his separation anxiety issues. Alise helped not only train Chip, but figure out the root cause of some of his behaviors so we could connect on a deeper level. I can't recommend her enough!

Alise had a 6 week Life Skills class at Pet Wants in Chesterfield. Niko, my 9 month old rescue and I attended. Niko came with separation anxiety, and a fear of nearly everything and everyone. Alise was such a huge help in addressing these issues and also, as the class states, some life skills. By the end of the 6 week course, Niko is much more confident, and has learned some life skills commands. It also reinforced our bond. I loved it so much, we are going to continue training with Alise to expand our skills. I highly recommend her.

I reached out to Mase and Bluey when I rescued a very energetic 7 year old female German shepherd/ Dalmatian mix. Alise helped me understand that the dog needed to understand what I wanted from her and helped me with positive reinforcement - clicker training with rewards for positive behavior. Alise tells me how to approach each “ behavior” I want by suggesting what I should do, say, hand signals, when to click, when to reward. She observes us as we follow thru on the actions, and makes suggestions when I forget or if something isn’t working. She allows many opportunities for questions and concerns, and follows up each session with a detailed email laying out the steps for each of the tasks we worked on. Alise is very easy to work with and provides clear directions and suggestions. I’ve seen great improvement in my dogs behavior and expect it will continue to improve. I would highly recommend Maes and Bluey.
