Excellent training center. Whether you are a beginner looking to kickstart a transformation in yourself or an experienced athlete looking to break-free of the same old boring routine this is the place for you. The variety of exercises offered day to day plus the methodologies used really help move you forward to the next level. Factor that in with awesome trainers like Julissa and Lynnette its a recipe for success! If you are looking for a great program you found it!

I've been training with MAD North Raleigh for over a year and it is by far my favorite gym I've been a part of on my fitness journey. The strength training is effective and I love the variety between anerobic, momentum and durability. The trainers take time to get to know you on a personal level and provide personal coaching during the workout to correct form for a better workout. Of all the workouts I've done, I've seen the best results and I'm stronger with MADabolic.

I’ve been a member at MADabolic North Raleigh since November 2023, and joining after one trial class was one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving from Greenville, NC. I came looking for a way to stay fit and get stronger — and found so much more. The MADabolic approach is unlike anything else. The programming is smart, intentional, and built around real strength and conditioning — not gimmicks. I love that they encourage a four-day commitment to training and prioritize proper recovery. That balance has helped me stay consistent and avoid burnout. The trainers are knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely invested in your progress. The community here is next level — I’ve made real friends and found an environment that constantly pushes me to level up. I’ve always been motivated by the fear of being average… and at MADabolic, we don’t speak average.

MADabolic North Raleigh is such a welcoming and supportive environment! The staff goes above and beyond to pay attention to form and make sure movements are done safely and effectively. Even though it’s a group class, the trainers give individualized attention that makes it feel like a personalized training session. Every workout is challenging, structured, and leaves you feeling stronger. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for both community and results!

The biggest testament to program success is when you see your trainers working out beside you in class. I love that they are part of the community. My strength has improved since joining MAD as a Founding Member in November 2023. I've always gravitated toward cardio classes, but I love the mix of Momentum, Anaerobic, and Durability days. Additionally, I've learned the importance of not overtraining. Your body NEEDS rest. In the past, I felt like I needed to workout 5-6 days a week. But no! Recovery is a celebrated and mandatory component of training protocol. ... plus, we have fun!

This is a great gym. It is group fitness based and the sessions are always challenging, yet fun and rewarding. The trainers are all great and will make sure your form is correct when doing the exercises. The classes are also expertly designed by the corporate team to ensure you are getting an effective workout every week that optimizes the different muscle groups. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a high quality group- fitness based gym that incorporates both strength and cardio into the workouts.

As a former collegiate athlete who has tried multiple solo and group fitness settings since ‘retiring’, MADabolic is hands down the best workout you will find, regardless of your age or fitness level. I’ve been a member for 5+ years in two different cities and the workouts have never gotten old. I originally joined MAD to prep for my wedding and have now stayed and trained through two pregnancies and postpartum seasons. I am stronger training consistently at MAD 3-4x/week for 50 mins than I have ever been. You get personal training vibes, in a group setting that fosters community and hard work. I could go on forever about the people and the programming. You just have to try it to get it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about MADabolic North Raleigh! I was visiting from out of town and was a little nervous about dropping into a new location, but Josh, Brea, and Cassie made the whole process seamless. They were so welcoming and made me feel right at home. The workout was absolutely amazing—challenging, high-energy, and perfectly structured. You can tell this place is all about quality fitness and community. Also, shoutout to how clean and organized the restrooms are! It's such a small detail, but it really shows how much care they put into every aspect of the gym. If you're looking for a top strength and conditioning workout, this is the place to be. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

MAD North-Raleigh is top-tier. I started coming here in November of Last year and I’ve been hooked ever since.From the moment you walk in, you know they know exactly what they are doing. The workouts are challenging enough to put you outside your comfort zone but also allowing you to progress at your own pace. They are so thoughtfully organized, you just have to go see for yourself. And the trainers are amazing! Making sure you move safely and giving you a gentle push when you need it. All of them are amazing, special shout out to my fav morning trainers, Jaleesa and Cassie. You guys are great, keep up the good work!
