Deloading is a fundamental component of our bigger picture program design, yet it remains largely unseen and underrated in group fitness.
Progress requires recovery. And, apart from those 2x rest days a week we recommend, incorporating an intentional deloading period into your training plan is a non-negotiable.
Through deloading, we remove the weighted stimulus, give our bodies a break so that it can adapt to the strain of strength training, and bolster the progress we can make over the course of our next 12 week training cycle.
